A group of former SARS patients, including the woman who helped start the Chicago subway system, are calling on the city to invest in a new transportation system that could help keep the city connected to the rest of the world.
The new project would be a major overhaul of Chicago’s subways, which have long been considered outdated and largely ineffective.
It would be funded with $1.3 billion in federal stimulus money, which is meant to support a transportation system to support economic growth, improve infrastructure and reduce the burden on the health system.
The $1 billion is expected to be distributed between the Chicago Transit Authority, the state and local governments, and other private partners.
It is a major undertaking, with the aim of improving the subway system to make it better for the people of Chicago and the people who use it, said the authors of the letter, which was sent to Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
CPR trains are the most modern subway systems in the world, but they are also among the least reliable.
The average trip on Chicago’s CTA trains lasts six hours and 40 minutes, which makes them the slowest in the nation, according to a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
One reason the system has not been as successful as some of its peers is that the CTA has been forced to abandon the oldest and most costly trains in the system, the Green Line, in favor of newer, less costly trains like the C, Blue and Orange lines.
As a result, the CTEB has been operating a fleet of C, C, Orange and Green trains that are outdated, slow and poorly maintained, according the letter.
There is also the matter of Chicago Public Schools, which has the highest poverty rate in the country, according a 2014 report from the University of Chicago.
With a population of more than 30 million people, Chicago has an enormous amount of transportation needs.
There are roughly 3.2 million bus trips a day in the city, which are shared between CTA, the transit agency for students and employees, and the schools.
In addition, CTA’s bus service is one of the most heavily used transportation services in the United States.
A 2011 study by the Urban Institute found that Chicago has the largest transportation network in the U.S., with 2,000 miles of buses per capita and the fourth largest in the state.
When the CBA launched its new rail transit system, it said it would improve the subway, improve transit service, and create jobs.
It has been criticized for failing to do these things, but there are still plenty of questions about how the new system will be built.
The letter is signed by the authors, three former SERS patients who worked with Emanuel on the subway and are now working on a new system to fix the subway.
It’s not clear who would fund the new program, though the authors wrote that the city could invest in its own capital improvements.
